FAINA is a collection of live Ukrainian design by Yakusha. Established in 2014, FAINA creates furniture, lighting, and decor linking a sustainable approach to modern living with the mysterious relations of our ancestors with nature. The brand is fast-growing and already presented in all continents. In 2021 it was nominated for «Emerging design studio of the year» by Dezeen.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to globally support our retail business.

Responsibilities

- Supporting online sales and assisting in order-processing from preparing quotations, invoicing, production lead-time coordination to the delivery of goods and service support

- Follow-up info requests and leads, developing new sales pipelines (both online and at the showroom in Kyiv) to achieve strategic goals in turnover

Your profile

- At least 2 years of experience with order processing or customer service, preferably in high-end retail market

- Fluent in English and desirable one of the following languages — Dutch, French, or German

- Experience of navigating within an ERP system

- You are structured, detail-oriented, open-minded and service-minded

- A strong sense of responsibility and a great passion for your work

- You are willing to acquire new skills and to face new challenges

- You are a solid team player, but also thrive when working independently
